I am the admin/owner of the account.  I cannot see bulk send.  i have watched the videos.  I have the $65 account.

I understand that the bulk send option is missing. Rest assured that I will do my best to assist you.

Have you tried enabling the bulk recipients from your account settings? If not, please follow the steps below.

  • Go to Admin > Sending Settings
  • Under Recipient Roles > check “Enable bulk recipients”

 

If this is already enabled but the option is still missing, you can contact Support so they can look over the account and see any internal process they can enable from their end. Article:  Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
