I got an email stating DocuSign will be moving transactions to Microsoft Azure. As part of the change, it asked us to add several domains in the allow-list. Wanted to make sure if it’s legit before contacting the IT support.

@rpatel

There is a DocuSign article discussing the move:

https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/eSignature-traffic-is-migrating-to-Microsoft-Azure-to-better-serve-you?language=en_US

It lists the domains that will be used. I don’t see @ops.docusign.com on there.

good luck

Thanks @mr1 for providing the link to the article. Seems like the information I received in the email is legit. I was checking if the email was sent from a legit DocuSign account. Thanks again!

@rpatel

It is always good to check the legitimacy of an email before making changes to computer/network settings :-)
