Green check next to all signers but still "waiting" to be sent to receives a copy user

I had three required signers, all have signed but the status for the “receives a copy” recipient is still “waiting” how do I get them the document?

I received your message, Thank you for providing the envelope ID.

As we checked, the CC (carbon copy) recipient has the carbon copy email notification turned off, which could be preventing them from receiving this envelope.

  • If possible, you could ask the CC’d person to log into their account and enable the "I am a copy recipient" option in their notification preference. Once that’s done, feel free to resend the envelope.
  • If you’re still having trouble, try correcting the envelope by removing the CC’d recipient and then adding them back and sending again.
  • If none of this does the trick, the best way to finish is to remove the CC’d recipient from the envelope and just email them directly.
