Hi all;Has anyone had issues signing documents? In my case, I created the envelope and then when I’m about to sign the document, it doesn’t displays.Can someone give me a hint or support on how to solve this?Thanks!!

I am sending a purchase of sale agreement to a seller. I am a sender and a signer, when the email comes in from docusign it says “message from Zachary Saunders, Zachary Saunders”     I need to remove the duplicated name, any ideas? I have my name entered correctly on my profile and in the recipient list. I think this may be happening because I am the sender as well as a signer. 

Can we get the link for the signer? I would like to get the link which the signer can access to the signing documents directly. Sometimes accessing from Email is troublesome. Quick answer is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello,I just bought a annual basic licence for e-signature, but unfortunatelly I typed the my wrong e-mail address. Is it possible change this license (wrong e-mail) for new and correct e-mail?The wrong e-mail does not exist.Thx all.

How to correct the email address the document was sent to

I am developing a project for my comRemove completion emails sent after signatures are finalized for my signers.pany that involves having 5 people sign my envelope, but after all participants have signed, everyone receives an email with the completed document. After the third person, personal information is managed. I have already tried disabling the completion notifications in my DocuSign admin settings, but it still sends the completed document at the end. What solution can I use to prevent certain recipients from receiving the full document at the end?

Hello, thanks in advance for your assistance.  I am new as an administrator.  We have about 100 people that use DocuSign, but we have one employee that sends out documents but notifications by email are never received.  Is there something in her settings that we can change.  She usually has to let us know there is a document and we see it available once signed in.  It would be nice it a notification was received.  Assuming this has to do with her settings as this doesn’t happen to anyone else.  Chris

We are testing the use of healthcare fields in our demo environment, but we only have one group that needs to use them. If we enable them in production, is there a way to restrict access to healthcare fields to only the groups or users that need them?

I have a 12.5MB document to upload but each time I try it fails.  The document does not appear to be corrupt.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. 

We occasionally have customers that think, or at least say, that they completed docs but are not received by us.I presume that the final step is for them to hit a highlighted button that has the word “Finish” on it, but i am not positive. Could someone verify this and offer any ideas as to how someone could think they completed docs yet either 1) did not hit the correct button to transmit, or 2) why said button might be programmatically disabled? Many Thanks, most frustrating when it occurs! -Bruce

Hi there, Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve tried to send a document to members of our team, from another company, and I get the confirmation - that it’s been sent, and I check back and it’s gone. Not only is it gone, but no one has received it. But I’ve received the confirmation. I have a paid account. But it’s just weird how it’s happened for two weeks, with the same doc. Has there been an outage or anything?

Hello, I often need to place my initials on every page in large documents. These documents are often scans of original documents. Is there a way to automate placement of initials on all pages?  Thanks,J

I have a 125 page legal document to sign and I have viewed the pdf/word document and now being asked to sign the Docusign copy but the pdf/word version is a different page count than the Docusign version. I figured that would match and I’d just skim and compare side by side the working version to the official copy needed to be signed.    Is there a way to compare word count or some other method to make sure I am signing the correct version of the document?

Hello,I have the real estate starter package and I cannot lengthen a text field. It is fixed size and the text will word wrap extending the field vertically vs horizontally. I see that to do custom fields I need to upgrade. Can i not have a longer field length with my subscription? Thx. KarlT

I just need to talk to someone at Docusign about my account. It seems like with the free version that you can’t submit a case. I have downgraded my account before the auto-renewal, but Docusign still charged me for an annual subscription. It is very frustrating because there is no way to get someone at Docusign to help me with this matter. Does anyone know of a contact email or phone number for support?

Hello, We have some users using Adobesign. Which allows users to copy paste multiple sender emails into the sender field. Do we have similar functionality in Docusign? Please note the email address differs for each agreement and its not a static set of email IDs. So we cannot use signing group. Bulk send option needs email ID and name is csv format. So its not a simple copy and paste of email.Any other ideas to implement this in Docusign? Thanks,Swami

The question is, is it possible to make the signature list visible to other signatories during the signature process, so that I, as the signatory, know who the next signatory is (during the process run).

Hey there! We have a handful of templates with knowledge-based authorization that users frequently fail on and have to try again. When this happens, an email is sent to the general DocuSign inbox that our organizations runs. I’d like it instead to be routed to the team that is working with those customers. Is this possible?

Hello.  I was initially having issues with the wrong signature being used on documents.  I deleted all other signatures and left my custom signature.  This is also set as a default signature.  Now, when i go to sign a document, it inserts a created signature, not my custom signature, and won’t allow me to change it.  HELP!!

My husband and i have processed all of the required paperwork through Docusign to sell a car to Carvana. It’s website states we both must be present when we drop the vehicle off, which will require an 8 hour drive.  My husband isn’t healthy enough for such a journey. Was this requirement posted before Carvana adopted Docusign?

Can I use Docusign to make editable a document without sending the document via Docusign. I would then like to save the editable PDF to customers via email. Or do I need a separate software to do this? 

I have an adobe acrobat PDF that is being sent for signature. It is pre-filled so I’m selecting the “preserve PDF” or whatever the actual phrase is. When the recipient views the document in mobile-friendly mode, the layout of the document is all out of wack. How do we fix this? Thanks!
