Here’s a question…I receive a DocuSign document requiring my signature. I sign it. I can clearly see at the top of the page, the envelope ID#. The document is returned to the sender who delivers it to another individual, probably in a manner not typical, I am then sent a copy of the document bearing the second person’s signature but this version has a completely different envelope ID# and the original ID# is nowhere to be seen. What did the creator of these document(s) do to end up with no trace of the original # on the final version?
The sender maybe download the document which you signed and send a new envelope. you can find the summary or history of the envelope.
