  1. We generate a sales document from NetSuite.
  2. When storing the document and opening it locally in Adobe, the header is present.

When uploading the document to DS, the header disappears:

  1. Same document in Docusign

When downloading this document from Docusign back to the computer and uploading again in Adobe, the header is back

There’s clearly something that Docusign doesn’t like about this document - any ideas?

We tried both, manual and API upload, and are getting the same response.

Does it happen if you go directly from Netsuite to DocuSign, whithout having Adobe in the flow?


Hi thanks, if we use the standard DocuSign for NetSuite connector this doesn't happen.

However, using the custom Suitelet integration this occurs. 

after looking for a resolution for a while, we identified that the cause is that the logo in the header is Quite large. By Reducing the size of the headers logo, then in no longer increase the problem. This is really strange
