Date/Time signed and Date signed in the same envelope

Within in the same envelope, we have some documents which require date/time signed and others that require the date only. Can this be done with a formula and if so how?

Set your account to use Date/Time.

Create a custom field. Type is “Text”. Validation is “Date”.

Use the custom field wherever you need date only.
