I sent an envelope to multiple recipients, however it had them all sign one document, not a different one for each of them, where did I go wrong?

Hello @MentoringBrothers,

Thank you for reaching out, and a warm welcome to the Docusign Community! We are absolutely delighted to have you here and can't wait to share our knowledge with you.

I understand that you have some worries about the document you sent. I'm sorry about that, but don't worry, I'm willing to work with you to resolve this.

Could you provide more details of the issue and what you're trying to achieve? For instance, are you trying to send individual/ separate envelopes to the recipients? Can you describe the step-by-step process of what you did when sending the envelope?

The more information we have, the better we can help. I look forward to your update. Thank you!

Hi Melanie,

I wanted to send one document to all my staff, they each needed to sign it seperately. When I sent it through, they all ended up signing the same document, not a different one for each person.

So I ended up creating 26 envelopes, is there an easier and better way?

Hello @MentoringBrothers,

Thank you for getting back to me. The easiest is the use of Bulk Send process. Docusign’s enhanced bulk send feature enables users to send a standard agreement to many recipients at one time. Use Bulk Send for transactions where a formal acknowledgment is required, such as new organization policies. It's also convenient for mass notifications or other use cases where the same document must be sent out to a large group.
