Need help on canceling a contract and refunding the deposit fee

We write Event Contracts for parties at our brewery and collect a reservation fee. I have an event that needs to be canceled and I do not see ANYWHERE on how to refund the reservation fee processed on Stripe through DocuSign. Help!

I understand you would like some guidance on how to initiate a refund for a payment processed on Stripe through Docusign,

Refunds for payments processed through Stripe via Docusign must be initiated directly within your Stripe account, not through Docusign itself. While Docusign facilitates the collection of payment information and the initiation of the transaction, the management of payment, including processing of refunds, is handled by Stripe.
