eSignature

I’m building a template with collaborative fields assigned to Party A but I want Party B to also be guided to these fields regardless of if Party A has already input an entry.  Previously DocuSign allowed me to assign a field to 2 parties though this feature seems to no longer be available. If I could assign the fields to both parties that would probably be ideal, but the core issue is I want each party to be forced to go through these fields and not just skip to fields that are assigned directly to them.  Any suggestions?  

Hi,I am currently experiencing an issue whereby the user (to eSign) in Singapore can’t change the eSignature and is automatically generated. Have tried to swtich from Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome and is not working in Singapore, but is working in Malaysia. The eSignature automatically generated is like an Italic style of the name the requestor has input. Appreciate for a prompt help, thank and appreciated in advance!   

Good morning  I need help retrieving a document the sender has voided I have a document reference number on original email request to sign.  Can anyone help please 

I recently signed up to a paid Docusign plan.Since starting the paid plan i have been unable to send envelopes.We have only 1 seat on the plan - me.I am assigned as DS Admin.I dont know how to change my role to DS Admin+.I cant raise a support ticket as when i try to log in i am receiving an error.No contact number anywhere.Can someone help please.

I received two emails from DocuSign about transactions I supposedly approved and signed. I did the usual checks for suspicious links, etc., to try and determine that the emails were fake, but all of the items I hovered over looked legitimate. So I logged into my DocuSign account only to find two documents there, marked as signed! I haven’t dared to download them to see what they are/who they are from.This is what I see when I hover over the “View Completed Document” link in the email: https://na4.docusign.net/Signing/EmailStart.aspx?a=ec3456aa-0b78-4116-8faf-845827c00f99&etti=43&r=595ef2ac-c4a7-4e08-9d9b-335d0897a498All of the other links in the email are similar - they all show docusign.com or docusign.net.I did look for any unusual activity in my bank accounts, but nothing has shown up. I am having a very difficult time trying to contact DocuSign support, so here I am.  Does anyone have any experience in this area?Thanks!

The signature you have on file for me is NOT my signature!  Not even close.  I was sent an important document to sign and the provider used your platform.  I could not use it because my signature was wrong and I wasn’t provided with the option to do a new signature.

The link should work for multiple candidates individually. Each candidate should sign their own instance of the same form. I paid for the account that allows for 40 envelopes a month, I have sent 5 and it says we are out of envelopes already… I need support but cannot login to support to open a ticket as it says below… I opened this account months ago… can anyone point me in the right direction?:  

Hi - When we host events I would like to use DocuSign to have participants sign the waiver. Bulk Send won’t work for most events since we won’t know who is attending until the day of the event and using the standard Send with a template is impractical since events could have hundreds of participants. Is there a way I can circulate a link and anyone who clicks on the link is presented the waiver to review and sign? I run a remote business and customers sign up online then have to sign a contract.  I have used Docusign for a year and a half.  All of a sudden when I pay my $300.00 renewal, customers don’t get the contract.  I have called, it said the average time to get back to me is 30 minutes.  That was 3 days ago! I have contacted and corresponded with Docusign 8 times in the last 3 days - Each Time telling me someone would contact me.  The last one was a Bot response asking for my phone number and time zone which I have already given them in my contact support ticket.  I gave it anyone and was asked to provide times I was available.  I said Anytime in the next 2 hours - No call - Again!  I will ask for my $300.00 back if this can’t be remedied by this weekend.  I will go somewhere else there are other companies who provide correct support.

I have sent a document to a client. They would like to review and manually print the document before signing. As I cannot see what they view, is there an option for them to do so before automatically being taken to the signature tabs.

I am an administrator for our organization's DocuSign eSignature account. We previously had access to the "Print & Sign" feature, which allowed recipients to print documents, sign them manually, and return them. However, this option no longer appears in our Admin > Signing Settings or in the Advanced Options when preparing envelopes.Could you please confirm the current status of this feature? Specifically:Has the "Print & Sign" option been deprecated or removed from certain account types? If it has been moved or renamed, could you provide updated instructions on how to access and enable it?This feature is important for some of our workflows, and we would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide.

I have a DocuSign account connected to tax software. It is used to send signature requests on tax returns. When I receive a DocuSign request from another organization (completely unrelated to my tax work) it doesn’t open the document. I click the link in the email, it goes to DocuSign but I just get a blank screen, the document never loads. I suspect cookies/cache are causing an issue.I’m using a workaround of using a different browser when I need to sign something. I would prefer to be able to do both things in the same browser without having to clear cache and cookies first.I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to more easily use DocuSign in both directions.

I'm reaching out to request assistance regarding a recurring issue I'm experiencing with a DocuSign document I’ve been trying to send.I’ve sent the same document twice using DocuSign, and although all recipients have signed, the signatures are appearing in the wrong places each time. I took care to place the signature fields correctly during setup, but something seems to go wrong either during sending or rendering the document.I would greatly appreciate your help in reviewing the setup or advising on how to resolve this issue effectively. If needed, I’m happy to share the document or screenshots for reference.

Is there any functionality within DocuSign E-Signature to provide a link or attachment to a file type (specifically .xlsx) other than a PDF? I don’t need a signature put into the .xlsx, but I want that file to be able to be referenced in its original format without it being converted to a PDF. Does anyone know how I can go about this?

I am a managing director of a company that would like to test docusign. After trying for an hour to find a way to contact docusign via some sort of contact form or E-Mail I am giving up. It is extremley frustrating to see how customers life is being made difficult for such a simple thing.  Also if you call up the support page you get some cryptic page that you need to loging to “IAM” or “CLM” - no new customer knows what this means and how to get some support.Just as a side note - does the designer of the community registry page knows that all entries in the form are lost when the user name is not available? Another frusttrating experience that you do not expect from a million dollar company. And last but not least we have tried a test contract and wanted to send it to two people - but the contract never arrived on those E-Mail addresses (Spam checked). The latter was in fact the original question that we wanted to ask somebody from support. 

I’m getting the error toast Envelope Limit Exceeded when I’m trying to send for e-signature using Docusign.400 - Bad Request ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.I’m using a free account and I have unlimited envelopes in my Account settings. I shouln’t be seeing this error.

I’m wondering what options I have when it comes to moving the organisation to the AU servers and what happens to the data:Envelopes Users Webhooks etcIf anyone has any info on the process/how to go about it would be awesome for me :)

I am setting up DocuSign templates and I am getting this error message now:  Some fields might be out of sync. Tab specified was not found. TabId: ab6e329c-0609-440c-8d58-2a6754923cc4. How do I fix this?

Our company has  eSignature Business Pro Edition. Please could you confirm if this version is compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulation ? If so, how can I activate it?  Many thanks for your help in advance,PGF

When trying to send a document for signature on my cell, I cannot see the send button..all i can access and see is the word “back”.. No way to make smaller to see.  I am only able to access 1/3 of document.
