I run a remote business and customers sign up online then have to sign a contract. I have used Docusign for a year and a half. All of a sudden when I pay my $300.00 renewal, customers don’t get the contract. I have called, it said the average time to get back to me is 30 minutes.
That was 3 days ago!
I have contacted and corresponded with Docusign 8 times in the last 3 days - Each Time telling me someone would contact me. The last one was a Bot response asking for my phone number and time zone which I have already given them in my contact support ticket. I gave it anyone and was asked to provide times I was available. I said Anytime in the next 2 hours - No call - Again!
I will ask for my $300.00 back if this can’t be remedied by this weekend. I will go somewhere else there are other companies who provide correct support.
