I hope you're well. I'm reaching out to request assistance regarding a recurring issue I'm experiencing with a DocuSign document I’ve been trying to send.

I’ve sent the same document twice using DocuSign, and although all recipients have signed, the signatures are appearing in the wrong places each time. I took care to place the signature fields correctly during setup, but something seems to go wrong either during sending or rendering the document.

I would greatly appreciate your help in reviewing the setup or advising on how to resolve this issue effectively. If needed, I’m happy to share the document or screenshots for reference.

  1. How significant is the difference?
  2. What browser(s) are you using to build and preview the envelope?
  3. What browser(s) are the signers using?
  4. What type of document are you sending?  PDF? 
  5. Is your document flat or dynamic?
  6. What font(s) are you using?
