The Correction option is missing in dropdown menu for my envelope. 
Do you know how to make it appear ?

I would like to change the email of a recipient, but I can’t

See attached (in french, sorry)

Are you an Administrator or an user with Delegated Permissions?

 

If are you an Administrator then you should see the Correct button, otherwise could be something to the Permission Profile that you belong to.

 

A suggestion: open in your browser an incognito window, login to your account, see if the button shows up.

Maybe because I'm no longer using the paid plan, but I'm using the 3 envelopes I had left ?

Question, my account came from free trial and now our company has the silver subscription but for some reason, I cannot correct a sent envelope (No signatures on the envelope yet). The correct option is not there. By any chance you know the cause of this?

I'm having the same issue - I just need to change 1 word.

I am using the free version. I tried incognito

watched the tutorial 

I have a stand alone acct - so I’m the admin

The button does not appear in the pull down

The document was sent and has been VIEWED only, no signatures gathered yet 

The Correction option does not appear

Check your settings and make sure you haven’t prevented corrections. Make sure you’re in the account that sent the envelope (only the sender can make corrections - some people have multiple accounts...).

If that doesn’t help you may need top open a service ticket.

Docusign free accounts do not have the ability to correct an envelope. Only paid subscriptions allow envelope correction.

But to further check your account, you may create a case so that DocuSign support can review your account subscription. The workaround is to submit a case without logging into your account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description.
