Good morning 

 

I need help retrieving a document the sender has voided 

I have a document reference number on original email request to sign. 
 

Can anyone help please

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community.

If the sender has voided a DocuSign envelope, it means the transaction is no longer active, and you cannot reactivate it. The envelope will be marked as "Voided," and a "VOID" watermark will be placed on all pages, preventing further signing actions

Void Envelopes

You can still find voided envelopes in your "Inbox" under "Agreements" in your DocuSign account. 

  • If you need a valid signed copy, you'll need to ask the sender to create a new envelope from scratch or make a copy of the voided one and send it for signing again.
