Hello @Jb31,Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community. If thesender has voided a DocuSign envelope,it means the transaction is no longer active, and you cannot reactivate it.The envelope will be marked as "Voided," and a "VOID" watermark will be placed on all pages, preventing further signing actionsVoid EnvelopesYou can stillfind voided envelopes in your "Inbox" under "Agreements" in your DocuSign account. If you need a valid signed copy, you'll need to ask the sender tocreate a new envelope from scratch or make a copy of the voided one and send it for signing again.Should you require any additional assistance, feel free to reach out. Thank you!Regards,Jenny| Docusign Community ModeratorIf this cleared things up, you can mark it as "Best Answer" so others can find it, too.
