To clarify, I can login to the docusign admin but cannot login to support… why are they disparate to begin with? Makes no sense… :(

For those that run into this, the solution is to go and start a ticket that you cannot login. They are slow to respond, but eventually will and then you can let them know the issue that you cannot login to support. Apparently, there must be some automation to create that support account that doesn’t always happen…
