Hi,

I am currently experiencing an issue whereby the user (to eSign) in Singapore can’t change the eSignature and is automatically generated. Have tried to swtich from Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome and is not working in Singapore, but is working in Malaysia.

The eSignature automatically generated is like an Italic style of the name the requestor has input.

Appreciate for a prompt help, thank and appreciated in advance!

Hello @Treasury APAC Kimberly-Clark,

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community. We are absolutely delighted to have you here and can't wait to share our knowledge with you.

A signer may not be able to change their signature due to several reasons, including: the signer not having an active DocuSign account, the recipient name being locked by the sender, or the signature being locked due to using specific features like the Mobile App, in-person signing, or certain signature types.

You may refer to this link for more information: Why Can't I Change My Signature?

Ok let me try thanks

Hi

After sign up, how does the signer open the request for signature using the new account?

Hello @Treasury APAC Kimberly-Clark,

I hope you’re doing well.

After the user signs up, they must log in first. Then, from the Homepage > select “Action Required,”

Please be advised that envelopes sent prior to account creation will not automatically be saved on the new account. The envelope needs to be resent or a new one created.

Should you require any additional assistance, feel free to reach out. Thank you!
