Is there a setting I can change that will allow me to use my account for both incoming and outgoing signature requests?
I have a DocuSign account connected to tax software. It is used to send signature requests on tax returns. When I receive a DocuSign request from another organization (completely unrelated to my tax work) it doesn’t open the document. I click the link in the email, it goes to DocuSign but I just get a blank screen, the document never loads. I suspect cookies/cache are causing an issue.
I’m using a workaround of using a different browser when I need to sign something. I would prefer to be able to do both things in the same browser without having to clear cache and cookies first.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to more easily use DocuSign in both directions.

Do your work user and personal user have the same email address?

Welcome to Docusign Community! I understand that you would like to be able to access your accounts easily without doing the basic troubleshooting or changing your browser. We understand that some of our users have multiple Docusign accounts, which could be for work or for personal transactions. If your accounts reside on the same Docusign site server (e.g., NA1, NA2, EU), and have the same email and password combination, then you can easily switch between them once you log in. You may follow the steps below.
Select your profile image to show the account actions menu.The account listed below your image is the current one in use.
Select Switch Account.
In the Select an Account dialog box, select the account to switch to.
Docusign refreshes and loads the selected account. The new account selection displays at the top of the account actions menu.
But if your accounts use the same email address but exist on different Docusign sites, you can select which one to log in to.
After entering your email address on the Docusign login page, the Select a user page displays. Each user includes the account name and Docusign site to help you find the account you want to log in to. Select any user to continue to that account.
To switch to a different account, log out and log in again, selecting the new account.
