Hi all,
I currently operate a business through the EU servers (eu.docusign.net). I’m wondering what options I have when it comes to moving the organisation to the AU servers and what happens to the data:
If anyone has any info on the process/how to go about it would be awesome for me :)
I don’t have experience with that because every time my company has needed DocuSign to migrate a user from NA2 to NA1 for example, DocuSign has refused. I’m assuming there is a non-technical blocker on that, and speculate that is their policy for legal reasons.
