Hi ,

I would like to know if there is any way to share access with other users but only for specific envelopes of my profile and not all of them.

You could add them as a recipient whose required action is not “needs to sign” but instead is “receives a copy”.

For completed envelopes, there’s not a way to share individual envelopes.  They can be transferred from one user to another, but not shared.

You can grant and manage access to your envelopes for other members on your Docusign account in your account preferences.

Through your preferences Shared Access view, you can specify the permission level for other users (manage, edit, or send on behalf of you), set the duration for shared access by selecting start and end dates, and remove users from your shared access list.

You can also remove existing access permissions you or your account administrator setup.

Note: You cannot affect your access permissions to envelopes belonging to other account members. Account members can grant you access to manage, edit, or send envelopes on their behalf, and your Docusign administrator can manage shared access between account members.

  1. Log in to your Docusign account.
  2. Select your profile image and select My Preferences > Signing and Sending > Shared Access.

    The Shared Access list displays.

  3. Select Share Access With Others and complete the sharing options.
    1. Specify the access permission level that you want to grant.

      Allow to manage on behalf of you

      Users can view your envelopes, view history, download files, and move envelopes into folders.

      Allow to edit on behalf of you

      In addition to the manage permissions, users can correct, resend, and void your envelopes.

      Allow to send on behalf of you

      In addition to manage and edit permissions, users can create and send envelopes on your behalf. They can also save and edit drafts and copy and forward your envelopes.

    2. Set the duration for the shared access.

      Set a start date, which can be the current day or any date in the future. The end date is optional. If you do not specify an end date, the access will remain in effect until you remove it.

    3. Select the users to share access with.

      You can select multiple users at a time.

  4. Once you complete all the sharing options, select ADD.
The Shared Access list displays, and the SHARED WITH OTHERS tab lists the users with access to your envelopes. You can check the status of the shared access rule, start and end dates, and access permission level.
