Sending Document from ZipForms Mobile

When trying to send a document for signature on my cell, I cannot see the send button..all i can access and see is the word “back”.. No way to make smaller to see.  I am only able to access 1/3 of document.

I’m sorry you’re having difficulty sending the document and that the “send” button isn’t showing on your end. Let’s work on this together.


Have you tried to zoom in and out on your mobile device?
Android: Open Chrome, tap Settings > Accessibility > Turn on Show Zoom, and use the slider to zoom in and out of the page. 
iOS: Place two fingers on the screen and move them apart to zoom in or closer together to zoom out. You can also activate built-in zooming options in your Accessibility settings

It is not allowing me to zoom in or out with my fingers.. I cannot change the 45% screen to smaller either.. very frustrating.

I just want to confirm if you tried landscape mode on your phone or used a different device to see the whole document?
