In Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), I want to include a DocuSign link in the offer letter that points to a separate company form (not the offer letter itself).

When a candidate receives the offer letter, they should be able to click the link, open the DocuSign form, and sign the document independently.

This form is not part of the offer letter—it could be a policy agreement, NDA, or any internal HR form.
The key requirements are:

• The document should not be assigned manually per candidate.

• The link should work for multiple candidates individually.

• Each candidate should sign their own instance of the same form.

I know Oracle supports DocuSign integration through Journeys, but I want to embed this link in the offer letter template instead.

Is this possible using DocuSign PowerForms or another method?
If yes, what are the steps to:

1. Set up the document in DocuSign to support multiple independent signers,

2. Generate a link that can be reused and inserted into the Oracle offer letter,
