Can Sender Complete an Envelope that was Printed and Wet Signed

One of our users sent a document to a provider for signature. Instead of completing the documents electronically, they downloaded and wet signed the document, then gave the physical copy back to the sender. Is there a way for the Sender to upload those documents to the envelope to complete it out? Or does it have to be the recipient that has to do the upload? Sender didn’t want to void it out but he doesn’t want it sitting open as incomplete either. Your help is appreciated!Thanks,Ann

File appears broken after uploading

Upon uploading the file I would like to have signed, it appears to be broken and Docusign cannot show a preview or allow me to place any of the necessary fields onto the document. Has anyone had this issue before?

I need help embedding a document signature on my website.

I am trying to generate a URL to embed a document signature on my website. The URL is embedding successfully, but the problem is that my document template has two roles: "admin" and "user." I want to generate the URL for the "user" role. However, sometimes the generated URL shows the signature area for the admin role, and other times it shows no option to upload or add a signature. I have researched the issue and found a suggestion to check the recipient ID. I checked the recipient ID for the envelope ID "". Urgent: Unable to Sign Document Due to SMS Authentication Issue While in Japan

Hello DocuSign Community,I'm facing an urgent issue with my DocuSign account. I am registered in France, but I am currently in Japan and unable to receive SMS for authentication. This is preventing me from signing important documents.My situation:My DocuSign account is registered with a French phone number. I am currently in Japan and cannot receive SMS on my French number. I have an urgent document that needs to be signed. I cannot change my phone number in the account settings due to the same authentication issue.Could anyone please advise on how I can quickly resolve this? Specifically:Is there a way to change my authentication method to email instead of SMS? Can DocuSign support temporarily disable SMS authentication for my account? Are there any alternative verification methods I can use while abroad?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as this is time-sensitive. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Bulk send - Users claim have not received envelope.

Hi,I need assistance with an issue regarding the bulk send function. I sent an envelope to approximately 180 people, but the majority claim they never received it. However, the history shows that the envelopes were delivered on the day they were sent. Last week, I was asked to resend the envelope to these users, and some even show as having viewed the envelopes. The managers believe it might be a glitch with DocuSign, but I don't understand how the system can indicate delivery if the recipients didn't receive it. They have all checked their junk folders, and the email addresses are correct.Thanks

ISSUE - Sender no longer receiving email notifications

Hi All,For the past couple weeks I have not received any email notifications when sending out an envelope. I have Docusign integrated into Freshsales and send all envelopes through Freshsales. Everything was working fine and both I and the recipient were getting email notifications as expected. But for the past couple weeks I haven’t gotten any email notifications as the sender. I haven’t changed any settings in either Freshsales or Docusign. I double checked all of my Docusign settings in both my Account Preferences and in the Admin Settings. Everything is turned on so I should be receiving email notifications for every little thing that happens with every envelope that I send. I can still see all the action when I log into my Docusign account, but I’m not getting the emails. I’ve read the following community posts and support articles. I’ve whitelisted the recommended Docusign email address in my email settings but that didn’t help. https://community.docusign.com/esignature-111/email

I’m trying to establish a destination to a completed signed using power Form. The instructions provided to do so are these:In Docusign Admin, click Brands. (Learn more about these steps in the guide about Branding.) Locate the signing brand you want to configure and click the action menu and select Edit. In the Advanced Configuration section, click Destination URLs. In the Configure Destinations dialog, for each action you want to configure: Click in the value box. Enter the complete URL of the web page you want to direct signers to for the specified action. False mail notifications and entries in history when signer has not clicked into envelope.

We are experiencing an issue whereby senders are receiving notifications that recipients have viewed an email, and it is including phantom entries into the envelope history of this action, when the action has not taken place. Is anyone else experiencing this?As it is documenting actions by a user which are not taking place we dont feel that the legality of the envelope history is valid (we have tested several times and when an envelope is received it is stating that the envelope has been viewed when the link has not been clicked on). Support have been no use at all, so hoping some others may have suggestions or at least acknowledge they may be experiencing the same.

How do I get any support at all? I Can't Open a Case Due to a Bug with the Open Case Button (Phone support redirects to buggy support page)

I’m trying to complete a simple task, but have found myself inside the novel Catch-22.All I need to do is access my Docusign invoices. I thought it would be straightforward. I followed Docusign’s guide on how to do this, and the guide stated that if the invoices are not visible for me (as they were not) then I need to contact support by opening a case.When I try to open a case the ‘open new case’ button briefly flashes up as the page loads and then disappears and is not therefore not clickable. I have tried this on Chrome, Firefox and Mobile with no luck.I then tried their phone support which just provides an automated message telling me to open a case. Are DocuSign trolling me?Can anyone make any suggestions about how I can get support or do I just delete my account and use a better alternative in future?Thanks in advance.Ed

I need to edit an existing template that is currently 38 pages. I only need to replace 4 pages and add a new page at the end of the document. I see how to replace, but when I do that, the 4 pages replace the entire document. How do I this without having to start over?

I’ve been trying to straighten out an invoice for a week. DocuSign suspended our account today. I called the guy put me on hold and that was over 40 minutes ago.Terrible customer support!!!! Maybe Sharefile wants our e-signing business.

Notifications for PowerForms

I have created a PowerForm to be used by our Human Resources department. There are two people in the HR department who should receive notifications when a form has been completed. I made one of them the sender. For the other, I added them as a CC on the template (see Template Screen Shot attachment). But, when I tested the form, I found that the name and email address i had added for the CC recipient are visible on the landing page of the PowerForm and can be edited by the 1st recipient (see PowerForm Signer View attachment). I don’t want the signer to be able to change this or even see it. Is there a better way to ensure that the HR rep gets a copy of the completed form? Surely, this cannot be a unique issue - it seems to me to be a fairly basic need.

Hi, I've had a Free account for over a year (not the 30-day free trial, just the free account).I have no need to send envelopes, but only to sign.Since yesterday I get this message when I try to sign any document: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceededSo far I’ve never experienced any problem/limitation. I do not send envelopes, but I am the only signer of the documents I upload, sign and download.I don't understand what the envelope limit refers to and what the actual limit is.As far as I understood from this article (https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/FAQ-Docusign-Envelope-Allowance?language=en_US), the envelopes I sign myself should not be counted.Thank you in advance for your support

No date functions working with Date Signed

I am currently trying to create a date that auto populates as 1 year after the ‘Date Signed’. I have made sure that it is all under the same recipient and all of the wording is correct as I have selected from the drop down. Here is the formula that I have written: AddYears( [MollyTest] ,1) There is no error message that shows, only the red squiggly line beneath it and on preview it only shows at Fx. Any help here would be amazing as I have been scratching my head for a while.

Use pre-set tags in documents

Hi all, I have a question that probably has been asked before 😬 but I haven't been able to figure out yet. We currently use AdobeSign for signing documents and that tool offers the use of so called tags in our documents. So in our documents (various layouts) we added tags that are automatically recognized by Adobe where to put the signature fields. This is an example: {{SigB_es_:signer1:signatureblock}}.We will move to DocuSign and need to amend all our documents, but I haven't been able to figure out how this works in DocuSign. Can someone guide me in the right direction how to set this up? I've read multiple articles on the Support pages but I haven't managed to get it working. Thanks in advance for the help.

Authentication error - Click here to login - then unable to access envelope

I have two users showing these symptoms. Anyone else having this issue?User is able to login successfully but - they immediately get a red bar saying - Authentication error - Click here to login again. Clicking just goes back to login page, they login again successfully to the same error. Repeated logins do the same thing. If they try to send while loggged in they get Unable to access envelope. I have cleared cache and tried using another browser (Chrome vs Edge) . In Chrome which i have comletely cleared all cache.. they do get prompted to email a code (so its seeing fresh login ) but once they login they immediately get same error. If they login on another computer OR i login for them on their regular computer then they enter their Docusign credentials they do NOT get the error. Seems to be somethign in their profile but what? Anyone else seeing a similiar issue or have solved it? Have case open with Docusign and we have tried some of the standard troubleshooting steps. Thank you !

Access to all pages in past agreements

Hello All-I am a DS Admin, my company has over 100 completed agreements, which when we started with DocuSign I only needed access to view 12 of the pages however now I need to get access to view all (54) of the pages for past and future agreements. How can I go about being able to do this?
