Client overseas cant review document from Docusign Envelope

I have a client overseas who is been sent a docusign but is been asked to login to the website to sign. how do i fix this so that he can just press review document and sign the document

Hi ​@AP0975— thanks for your question, and I can help clarify that!

What’s likely happening is that the sender’s DocuSign account has login requirements for recipients turned on in their Authentication Settings. When this is enabled, recipients are required to sign in or create an account before they can access the envelope. The easiest fix is to ask the sender to have their Admin update the setting to “Not Required to Log In.” They can find this under:

Admin → Security Settings → Login Requirements

Once that’s updated, the recipient should be able to open the email, click Review Document, and sign without needing to log in.
