Can my multi recipients still sign if my plan was downgraded?

Hello, 
I sent an envelope to a number of people last year on a paid plan. 
This plan ran out in the meantime. 

Now the 3 last remaining people tried to sign the document and all reported that the link they received is not working. 

The document is supposed to expire on March 18, 2026.

Is this related to the plan or could this be another error?

I don’t know how downgrading the plan interacts with sent envelopes (presumably that  envelope was paid for, so it shouldn’t be an issue). But I do know that links expire. Can you access the envelope and resend the links?

That is what I thought as well. 
I can access the envelope and was able to re-send it but the new links return the error message.

That is odd. You may need to open a support ticket (which you can do even for a free account - I think you have to choose the ‘can’t access my account’ option).

In case anyone else has this problem: I upgraded my plan again and it resolved the issue.

I’m really sorry your recipients ran into trouble with their signing links. ​@mr1 is right, changing or downgrading your plan shouldn’t affect envelopes that were already sent. It’s much more likely that the recipients were clicking on expired links, which can happen if they try to sign too long after the original email was sent.
