Retrieve download

Question

I selected the separate pdf option for my bulk download but all the files continue to be downloaded in individual folders. How do I fix this?

However, DocuSign does partner with ITAgile (TSP in Italy), which can possibly handle this type of workflow. This works through DocuSign’s signer‑held EU QES capability.
