Dicusign sigrature are NOT EIDAS validated for INPI

Hi

I used 2 payment to buy a QES signature for the french french INPI, with the error message “not EIDAS validated.

Docusign is definitly NOT usable with INPI, so I have now 2 non valide and non usable pseudo signed documents for which I paid. 

So I cancel my subscription and need not to be charged for those 2 documents.
