Set email Message and subject from template (salesforce)

Hello 
I configured docusign on salesforce and created a template with a custom email message and custom subject.
But when I try to send a document for signature,  docusin displays the default email message and default subject.
not the message and subject configured on the template

 

can you please help me solve this problem ?

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community!

If you’re using the standard “Send with DocuSign” button instead of a custom button, the custom recipient list, email subject, and email message from your template will not be applied. These will be replaced by the default contacts and the standard text.
