Question

Customers want Docusign to have options for ‘x’ Box and Checkmark Box that should result as agreed as ‘tick mark’ and declined as ‘x’ mark.
When sending legal documents, tick the options or x to decline, while those documents could be used to showcase in the legal jurisdiction.

Approve / Decline Field. Notethat the Decline action is equivalent to “Decline to Sign.” Once selected, it stops the signing process, skips the remaining fields, and the recipient must provide a reason for declining.2. Conditional Fields. You can use a conditional setup. For example:Add a Checkbox/Radio button/Dropdown/Text fieldwith options like Approve and Decline.Create two text fields.
