Hello Community,

We have an integration between Ironclad and DocuSign eSignature. The issue we’re encountering is that when a document is sent for signature, the link received in the email shows as expired when clicked, and a new link is generated. Could you please help us understand why the link is expiring after 48 hours, even though we have already extended the validity period to 120 days?

Thanks!

Hello @Pawan Gangwani,

Thank you for reaching out here in Docusign Community.

If the validity you’re referring to is under Reminders and Expiration, please note that this setting is not related to the Access Code or Email Notification Link Expiration.

The Reminders and Expiration feature controls when the envelope will be automatically voided if it is not completed within the timeframe you configured. It does not affect the expiration of the email notification link itself.

At this time, there is no option available to extend the email notification link expiration period.
