Good afternoon,
I would like to know whether it is technically possible to apply a digital signature to a document spanning multiple pages with a single signing action?

Thank you

Kind Regards

Hello @MARCO1986

Yes, it is technically possible to apply a digital signature to a multi-page document with a single signing action. One way to accomplish this is by using AutoPlace (Automatic Anchor Tags) together with a custom signature field:

  • Create a Custom Signature field from the Admin tab. This generates anchor (placeholder) text that can automatically be recognized and converted into a signature field.
  • Copy the anchor text and paste it into your Microsoft Word document.
  • To ensure the signature appears on every page, place the anchor text in the header or footer section of the document.
  • When the document is uploaded to Docusign, the system will automatically place the signature field on each page where the anchor text appears. The signer only needs to complete the signature once, and it will apply consistently throughout the document.
