Hello. We just had a recipient use a photo as a signature for the first time. We are investigating whether this is acceptable by the State, and may not be able to use it. Can we prevent a signer from using a photo as a signature? I don’t see any matching options in the Admin tab.
Can we prevent signers from using a photo as a signature?

Hello
Thanks for reaching out to the Docusign Community!
You can prevent signers from uploading a photo during signature adoption by going to Admin > Signing Settings > Signature Adoption Configuration and Disable upload signature.

If you don’t see this option, it may not be enabled on your account or may not be available on your current plan. I recommend reaching out to support to confirm and request that it be enabled. 👉 Get Support
