DocuSign PKI installs successfully but does not run during the signing process

I installed both the extension and the executable according to the provided procedure. However, during the document signing process, the page displays a message indicating that DocuSign PKI cannot be started.
In the Control Panel, the application appears as installed.

Device: Surface Pro 12
Processor: Snapdragon® X 12‑Core X1E80100
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (ARM‑based)
