Hi Team,
I hope you are doing well.

We received an email stating that the Docusign eSignature service will be migrating to Microsoft Azure. I have attached the email received from Docusign for your reference. Could you please confirm whether this information is correct?

Currently, the Our Docusign account is hosted in Europe with the following datacenter locations:
FR2 – Frankfurt, Germany – Company: Equinix
AM3 – Amsterdam, Netherlands – Company: Equinix
PA4 – Paris, France – Company: Equinix

If the information in the email is accurate, we would appreciate your confirmation on whether the migration involves only a change in the hosting provider from Equinix to Microsoft Azure or if there will also be changes to the datacenter locations.

Additionally, kindly provide details of the datacenters that will host our account after the migration. This will help us assess and take any necessary actions to ensure our systems continue to function as intended.

Thanks & Regards,

Atu Lomate
