see if some one can help… can agreement actions be used to create a rule to store completed documents in an on prem server rather than a cloud solution?
If not through agreement actions, can this be achieved through the Docusign API? and if so, is it very complex work behind?

While Agreement Actions can not save envelope documents to a local storage drive, there exists another Docusign tool that does: Docusign Retrieve.
You can set up Retrieve to do one-time batch downloads of envelope documents onto your computer or on a regular basis, establishing filters for documents. Here is a Support article introduction to the feature
As mentioned in the article, Retrieve is a paid feature that requires enablement, so you’ll contact your Docusign Account team for details on how to add the feature to your account.
