Hello, the Electronic Seal provisioned to my developer account ("Demo eSeal") is failing to process. When an envelope reaches the eSeal routing order, it gets stuck in the "Sent" status indefinitely and never completes.I have isolated this issue away from the API. Even when I manually send a standard envelope from a template entirely within the DocuSign Web UI, the envelope still hangs indefinitely at the seal's turn without dropping an error into the Envelope History.It appears the asynchronous worker is timing out trying to reach the demo TSP, or the test certificate assigned to my account is in a bad state. Could you please check the backend logs for my account or re-provision the test seal profile?

​We have a rather unusual situation where we need to email completed documents to government agencies after signing, and the signed documents must also be password protected prior to emailing since they contain confidential information. We have found we cannot password protect an already-completed DocuSigned pdf. We also can't add the government agency recipient as a "receives a copy" when the envelope is routed for signature since there are additional documents outside of DocuSign that need to be submitted along with the completed envelope. Can anyone suggest a way to securely forward an envelope to a third party after completion?

I paid a monthly subscription to get some documents signed. I did it with an e-mail account that was invited to a team.Today, I couldn’t access that account. I couldn’t reset the password because it says there’s no account associated to my e-mail. So I created a new account with the same e-mail of the one I had the paid version. Now this new account does not show as paid, and my document is nowhere to be seen. I cannot log in in the support center webpage because I get the error from the attached image, so there is technically no way to contact support for me. I tried a different browser, and I also tried incognito mode. I keep getting the same error. It is urgent that i need my document. How can it be that a paying costumer can get no access to support?  

Account Creation and Payment: On 22/03/2026, I created an account using my email address (which is different from one I am posting) and subscribed to the eSignature Standard Plan with an annual payment of $240. I have attached confirmation from my credit card (SMS and online banking) as proof of payment. I selected the separate pdf option for my bulk download but all the files continue to be downloaded in individual folders. How do I fix this?

HiI used 2 payment to buy a QES signature for the french french INPI, with the error message “not EIDAS validated.Docusign is definitly NOT usable with INPI, so I have now 2 non valide and non usable pseudo signed documents for which I paid. So I cancel my subscription and need not to be charged for those 2 documents.thanks

Hi there. A difficult one I believe….I have a customer who has 2 email domains. One is user in docusign and the other one isn’t.The issue is that senders are sending the envelopes sometimes to the docusign users some times to the other email. The issue is that the recipient of those envelopes, lose track of the ones that are send to his  non docusign user email.Is there a way they can solve this? The client was asking if it was possible to restrict in the email box in docusign platform to edit to certain emails. I said that’s not possible. I also suggested to provide internal communication to tell the senders which email domain they need to use however there is inconsistency because some docusign users have one domain and some others the other one. Any other suggestions someone may think?Many thanks in advance 

Hello. We just had a recipient use a photo as a signature for the first time. We are investigating whether this is acceptable by the State, and may not be able to use it. Can we prevent a signer from using a photo as a signature? I don’t see any matching options in the Admin tab.

Hello, I sent an envelope to a number of people last year on a paid plan. This plan ran out in the meantime. Now the 3 last remaining people tried to sign the document and all reported that the link they received is not working. The document is supposed to expire on March 18, 2026.Is this related to the plan or could this be another error? Thank you.

I have a field where recipient 1 is tasked to enter data.  Let’s call this data “Subtotal”.  I’d like to be able to utilize the data in this field when a modifier is chosen by recipient 2 via checkbox.  Let’s call it “10% off coupon”.  Ideally, a simple formula field could calculate 10% off the subtotal when recipient 2 checks the box.  However, the issue that I’m running into is that the data entered by recipient 1 is not available to be used in formulas when activated by recipient 2.  How can this be accomplished?

How can I download all of the signed documents that I sent in bulk? Do we have a unified option instead than one per envelope?

Customers want Docusign to have options for ‘x’ Box and Checkmark Box that should result as agreed as ‘tick mark’ and declined as ‘x’ mark. When sending legal documents, tick the options or x to decline, while those documents could be used to showcase in the legal jurisdiction.

The envelope ID on the certificate matches the ID on the document, so we know they belong together. However, the Certificate of Completion does not display the client’s signature image—it only shows the word “SIGNED,” even though the actual signature does appear within the document itself. Hello,  I am wondering if there is a way to send a document automatically with the below stipulations  send for approval signatures internally if approved automatically send to the required signers which will include the people who initial it after the client signs it BUT also removes the previous initials in the process.  More plainly Send to Person A, B, & C, for initial, if approved, automatically remove the initials, send to person D for signature then to person B and C for signature

The issue we’re encountering is that when a document is sent for signature, the link received in the email shows as expired when clicked, and a new link is generated.
