Hello all,I work in the public sector for Olmsted County, MN, USA.  We are trying to raise empathy awareness with our staff about electronic accessibility requirements and compliance.  Is there or could someone create a video showing someone filling out and signing a Docusign form using a screen reader? Even better, a “bad” experience because the form wasn’t created properly, and an “ideal” experience where the source document was built using Style Headings, Numbered/Bulleted lists, and the form has meaningful data labels and tool tips.I’m in the process of learning how to use a screen reader but I am not proficient enough to create my own demonstration.  I am also curious, is the screen reader able to see the content of the document or just the fields? I noticed that hyperlinks in a Word Document are removed (flattened?) after the document is uploaded into an envelope/template.  Which in a way makes sense since the purpose of Docusign is to fill out and

When I want to send a document to sign, I get this message "Account does not have permission to set Allow Comments" and I can't send it.

Hi, Please refer to the attached screenshot.The red circled indicates where the original scroll bar was.When you click on the scroll bar to move down the document, the standard fields on the right hand side will stay so you can drag the relevant to the document. Since last week, it suddenly went missing. I have logged a ticket with the Docusign Engineering team yesterday to resolve this bug and I have not heard anything yet. This is business critical as I cannot fulfill my daily work functions. Anyone encountered this before? Or how can I escalate this further? Thank you. 

DocuSign support is terrible. Not only is the response time 24 hours from each posted query, but phone support agents barely speak English, and when they can't figure out the answer to your problem after putting you on hold, they disconnect the call. This has happened twice now on a single support case (still unresolved)-- and the support agents never call you back, even though they have my phone number, so it's not a call reception or other phone issue. Is there someone higher up at DocuSign who is in charge of DocuSign Support, and what is their contact info?

I need help with troubleshooting an envelope. A signer was redirected to https://authentication.idnow.de/docusign/requestsignature to request a digital signature. But was stuck. I did not correct my envelope whatsoever and there is no error prompted from me (the sender). 

I'm suddenly getting 3-5 phishing emails a week from the docusign.net domain and none of the standard reporting email addresses like abuse@ or admin@ work. They reject my email, and I can’t find any reporting information on their FAQ page.  I guess I'm left with the choice of blocking the domain? Why do they make is difficult to contact support or report phishing? Keeping customers at arms length is bad practice. Edit:  Spam@docusign.com.  What a waste of my time finding that.  Edit 2:  Spam@… blocked my email as spam.  This is BS. Going to block the domain on the server.  

How i can sign a document offline? When i have at longer time no connections.

I need to calculate and display a date 30 months from the date signed.In my template, I have created a date signed field and called it policy_period_from.I have created a formula field with the following formula: AddMonths( [policy_period_from] ,30)This is displaying in numerical UK date format (dd/mm/yyyy) but we are sending this particular doc to our US customers so it either needs to be in US format (mm/dd/yyyy) or be in a format that can’t be misinterpreted in the US (e.g. dd MMM yyyy, i.e. 30 Nov 2026).How can I achieve this?

I have a completed docusign PDFI have no idea who it is from or what it is about and I can't access the envelope. Need to make sure no one is trying to use my account to sign documents

Is there an admin report that I can run to see which envelopes were sent as part of a Bulk Send job?  We are about to renew our contract and we are considering adding the Retrieve feature so that we can mass download completed envelopes.  Before we do this, I want to know who else in the firm, if anyone, uses Bulk Send.  If I am the only one who uses Bulk Send, then Retrieve probably is not necessary.  I have full admin access and can run any available reports. Thanks,Teri

Hi all, First time here, I have a question on having QR codes on documents we upload to docusign to send out. We use the QR code to hold data about the document so we can easily sort them when they are returned. However, when we upload a document with a QR code it seems like docusign converts it to the literal text or removes it sometimes. Is there something we need to do to keep the QR from changing to text? 

I have an enevlope PDF,   where there will be a single signer..    but the PDF will contain two (2) signature blocks is there functionality exists that once the signer signs 1 of the 2 signature blocks,   to disable the other block from being signed.    we need to prevent 2 signatures from the envelope the signer decides which one of the 2 needs to be signed

Good morningOne of our users is sending an envelope and trying to choose the signature type from the dropdown list.  The dropdown is blank.Has anyone ever encountered this issue please?

If we currently subscribe to IDV and have this feature enabled on some of our accounts, will this automatically transfer to the new offering by IDVerse?

DocuSign has any feature that can automatically remove users or integrate them for this?

I would like to ask for some guidance or assistance on the below.We bought E-signature Standard Licenses for 90 users. The usage shows we are within limit. But users are getting this Envelope Allowance exceeded error.I know the envelopes are shared across our plan so we should not be receiving this error.We have already opened a case to DocuSign support but it’s more than 20 days and we still don’t get any resolution.Any help would be appreciated.  

Hello!We have a signing group that needs to be able to print and sign documents, but it appears that print and sign is disabled for signing groups. I have been unable to find a good explanation as to why, or how we can re-enable it. Is there a way to adjust this setting, and if not, what workarounds have others used? The best we’ve found so far is for signing group members to “assign to someone else” and assign it to themselves because then they can print and sign, but that creates excess clicks, emails, and a Docusign error screen to boot. Thank you for any help!

Hello, I am a realtor with RPA Real Estate. I currently use Authentisign as my signing service, they use blue and yellow for the different signature fields, making it very easy to tell apart. I heard many good things about DocuSign, which is why I decided to try out the trial and possibly make the switch. my only issue so far is the colors of the signature fields. they are pastel green and pastel blue, which look very similar and are very hard to tell apart, is there a way to change this? if not, I would like to suggest using different colors that are easier to tell apart, or giving the option to choose your color for each signer would be most ideal. Hi everyone,I’m trying to find a way to prevent users from having multiple active sessions in DocuSign — for example, being logged in simultaneously from multiple browsers or devices.I’m looking for something like: A setting to allow only one active session per user, or A way to automatically terminate previous sessions when a new login occurs. I’ve already checked the Organization Security and Session settings in the Admin Console, but I couldn’t find an option specifically for this.So my question is, Is there a way (via the Admin Console or API) to enforce single-session login for users?Thanks in advance!Chris

I received a docusign document from my employer, and this was the first time I had to do the signature digitally.For that I needed an identification process with a dispatcher, where even the first 2 attempt was cancelled by the dispatcher due to technical issues. On third try we finally could start the identification, but at the end the dispatcher told me that she has technical issues so I shall call them again.However since then I stuck at the 1. Identification step with the message:“This identification for this Transaction Number has already been completed and cannot be restarted.”How can I proceed to the Sign documents step?

Hi Team,After signing the document upon clicking finish , a pop up window appears to share the document with required ones as shown below. Our customer doesn't need this. Is there anyway to suppress this. Please suggest.  Thanks

Hello, I am operating in a weird jurisdiction that partially accept digital signature, only if the digital signature looks the same as the person's signature in their passport/IDs. However, the current DocuSign default setting for signee signature is an autogenerated signature that looks like the typed version of their name. This results in us having to re-send signing invitations so people can correct their signature, which is highly inefficient, especially when signees are unfamiliar with DocuSign features.Is it possible to disable this 'default' and as an exchange, making 'Draw' or 'Upload' the default? Hello Team,  We want to know if the below requirement is possible with docusign.We want to send a PDF signed by single recipient but addressing to multiple members. this is expected to happen in a way that sender can create an envelope, add a single recipient and has a list of 100 members whose names should be merged into envelopes, such that one envelope addresses to one member(names/entity details). so total 100 envelopes gets created with same signatory. here the recipient signing te document would be same, so they will require to sign all the 100 envelopes. these envelopes will be completed and downloaded then sent manually to the individual members like a letter that addresses only to individuals.Is this possible manually without API?We referred Bulk send but it’s for single envelope - multiple recipient. we need single recipient - multiple envelope (use of merge field , as we have members related details to be used as the placeholder on the d

Hello,When using the new Document Template for creating an envelope template, it seems that the Agreement Template Builder editor will open the newly created envelope editor in the classical editor rather than the new editor, which is otherwise the standard when I edit an envelope template generated directly from a Word document. I am also unable to find an option to switch to the new editor.
