How can I make add an attachment as in a photo of ID and proof of insurance to a document?

How do I set a person as an Optional signer if Needs to sign is checked?

I have a signatory that did not see the sticky label to sign so has insisted on printing and signing so I now have a document that has had the first 2 signatures in PDF but still have two further signatures to get. Can this be done?

A user has enquired about extending the expiration of an envelope. The expiration of envelopes in our environment is controlled centrally as a system-wide setting, so our users cannot change envelope expirations there.If a new document or signatory is added to an existing envelope (which is due to expire shortly) does this extend the expiry date for the envelope overall, ie for other signers? Or is there no other way to extend the expiry?

We asked the recipients to sign the contract by drawing.However, 30% of the recipients told me that they couldn't find the signature change option as below. (not all of them, some have finished signing with drawing)They said when they click the signature once or twice, the signature just disappeared.How can I solve this? 

I can see in the settings that you can check "Prevent users from forwarding" but this is not checked so users should be able to forward.Appreciate all the help i can get to solve this issue. 

How can you extend the deadline for signature?

The pages are not split into separate sections, so splitting up the document into multiple documents is not possible.

Intake Agent no longer w/ company. I have access to his email & found the "Completed" Agreement signed, but cannot access it b/c our emails don't match as he was the sender.

You have to guess how to use the CSV sample, and I couldn't find how to configure the signature type in bulk via CSV.Does somebody suggest a library of videos ?I need to understand how to configure signature type, what are all the settings we can set in bulk 

I have reactivated an old account that had my surname in my maiden name. I have updated my surname to my married name but my maiden name keeps appearing in some fields. I can't figure out where else to change my name. Can anyone help?

The template placed the signature and initials on the form.

I need to change my email address because I no longer have access to the email address listed on DocuSign. I have tried to do this while logged into DocuSign, but in order to make this change, DocuSign sends a verification code to my old email address which I do not have access to anymore. I have a 3 part radio group that determines where we need to send money. If the user selects "Direct Deposit" or "Mail Check to Bank", I have text fields that are required to be filled in with the Financial Information of the user. Using some hidden fields and a formula, if the user clicks either of the first 2 radio buttons, the required fields are displayed and enabled.However, if the user clicks "Mail Check to Me", those text fields should be hidden and thus not required (as we have the user's mailing address elsewhere in the document). I'm not aware of any way to conditionally HIDE a field based on the user's selection.If you need more information, please let me know.thanks, 

I would like to add a recipient to receive email notifications for when the signers have viewed and signed a document. Back in 2017, I could add a recipient with the CC role and they would receive email notifications (viewed and signed) as the document went through signers. Doesn't seem like this is possible now.

I purchased the xxxxxxxx plan today, hoping to use the Attachment function in a Template. However when I try to update my templates, the Attachment function doesn't appear. I purchased that plan specifically for that function. Is there something I'm not understanding? Am I wrong to think that i can use the Attachment function in a template?
