Additional initials appear when I set up document from zipforms to docusign

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you are having issues with multiple signatures appearing in your envelope when it is generated through ZipForms.
If the envelope is being generated in the ZipForm system, have you tried to contact ZipForms support? If yes, what was their reply?
