Hi! An envelope was "voided" and disappeared while other signatures were pending. Checked with support and was told to review envelope history...but the envelope is gone and there is nothing to click ,...any ideas?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that unable to locate an envelope that was voided.

By any chance do you have the envelope ID?

The Manage page gives you access to all of the envelopes you sent and received, and the drafts which you are preparing to send. There are different ways to locate envelopes, including search, filters, and Quick Views. This topic explains how to use these methods to find an envelope in your account.
