IDV Premier - how do I approach ID documents containing commas between names (e.g. Ben,Peter,John Jones). And similarly, a passport with the prefix of Dr.

I understand you would like to know what happens to the ID of those documents that contain recipients with commas in their names or a passport with a prefix.
The commas are removed during extraction and prefixes are moved to other fields, they should not be put in the recipient tile.
