I understand you are trying to retrieve a document, please note that the security code has been removed from the post due to security reasons.

If the envelope was only deleted, then it is very possible to retrieve: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=lts1578456427969.html&_LANG=enus

However, if the envelope was purged, unfortunately, it can not be retrieved as it has been removed from our system completely: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Document-Retention-Envelope-Purge-What-you-should-know-before-using-these-features?language=en_US

As mentioned in the previous comment, envelopes can be retrieved if they were deleted as these still remain in the DocuSign cloud: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=lts1578456427969.html&_LANG=enus

If they were purged, these can not be retrieved at all as it is also removed from the DocuSign cloud: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Document-Retention-Envelope-Purge-What-you-should-know-before-using-these-features?language=en_US
