Does docusign have the ability to do this either as a power form or a template. This is something that will be placed on the website and provided via a link and used multiple times for different people. What do you recommend?

I understand you need to create a link where people can click and sign a document and once signed, for them to get an email with a link or attachment of the completed documents, is that correct?

With PowerForms, your business can generate on-demand, self-service documents for signature. You’ll be able to eliminate document preparation time (by using a pre-existing template), and easily pull collected data into your existing applications. A link can be generated that can be emailed, sent via SMS (on certain enterprise plans), or embedded into your website.

If you don’t have permission to create PowerForms, you should contact the DocuSign Admin at your company to see if it’s available.

For your embedded signers to get a notification with the completed documents, please have your admin go to:

  1. Settings
  2. Signing Settings
  3. Disable "Suppress emails to embedded signers" and enable "Send completion emails to embedded signers": https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=fur1583277359739.html&_LANG=enus
  4. Save
