Core Capabilities

We are limited to the number of CLM licenses that we have and can’t have the submitter to complete human steps that require licenses so i am sending an email to the customer from the approver if we need changes.  The customer would need to respond with the changes they want.  Can the response be included in the workflow so that its not outside of workflow?

Many of our documents (typically leases) have multiple actions required throughout the duration of the lease. For example, environmental assessments are required every three years on specific dates or insurance renewals are required. How do we Set up reminders that these deadlines are approaching?  Set up the ability to confirm the action is complete?

We recently converted from SpringCM to Docusign CLM and I am not sure of the difference between these two products.  The layout is essentially the same, so what does CLM do that SpringCM didn’t or couldn’t do?

I am trying to send an envelope and received this message:How do I fix this except contacting the original sender? Thank you!

Hi, we do have several templates uploaded to Docusign e-Signature (and we will also start using CLM) and want to have the page number (Page X of Y) on each side of the document. Is there any other way than adding it manually to the word before uploading it to Docusign? Thanks,Nadine

Hello! We have built order forms based on different templates. If we change the original word/pdf-document for example want to add totally new question in it. Do we need to built web Form all over again? We can copy the template and replace the original document,  and the start the Create Order Form building from the start. This is how we do it now.Is it possible somehow to do this all in the Web Form-Edit Form and in the template actions there is in the web Form.  “Edit template fields” or in the “View template actions”.  To some point we have been able create ne field in the Web Form, but when trying to activate we get error API reference name.Thank you for your help if somebody understood my problem:)

I want to export one page of a docusign document into an excel sheet. The PDF has check boxes so I want to see who checked what box. Is that possible?

Hello everyone, Does anyone know how to fix this filename issue? In the workflow, I moved a document that was manually uploaded to CLM into a specific folder and included it in the signable documents for the send-for-signature step. The issue is that after the recipient signs the document and it's converted to PDF, the signer receives a copy with the ".docx" extension in the filename. This problem only occurs with manually uploaded documents in CLM, not with documents generated by CLM. Does anyone know how to remove the ".docx" extension after the document is converted to PDF? Thank you in advance!

I will need to create 50 unique envelopes that will have a signing order of at minimum 4 signers, usually 5. While the first 2 to 3 signers will change for every envelope, the last two signers will remain constant. The email messages to all signers will remain the same for all 50 envelopes. How can I save the recipient set up (signing order, emails, etc.) and messages so that I do not have to copy and paste all of this 50 times? I do not think I can use a template, because the actual documents in the envelope are unique, pre-populated agreements. Please help!

Also is it possibly to edit the email view-title for one powerform/template so that in the last email after all participants have signed there would the final email that would read something like, “Your oder is now approved”“Thank you for your order!” or “Your order is now approved”

It seems like the most basic thing here but i cant order an API plan.  I am currently oneSignatureStandard An i want to upgrade to an API plan.  I am attaching a screenshots here, it doesnt present an option to order an API plan?  How do i upgrade to an API plan?   2 screenshots are here. The first one is “logged out” the 2nd one is “logged in”     Can someone please help?

Hello, I'm Soyoun S. from Alois Ventures. Our account had changed from Eunice to Miju. And it's already changed to Miju's account, but I can't access it due to the below error. Maybe it's a login security issue. We already informed you that our person in charge will be changed. So your team changed our login email to Miju’s account, but email for verification code wasn’t changed. The email address we can get the code is set as an Eunice's. We can't access Eunice's email because she already resigned. So I can't login and also can't toggle off the login security. Miju can access the ID, and can use the docusign, but she can’t change the email for the verification code. So, could you please change the email address for verification code to [  ] ? We sent you an email on last Wednesday, but can’t get the answer. If you have any questions, please let me know. Best regards,Soyoun (Email removed due to personal information)

i have created custom integration b/w Docusign-Salesforce for Esignature, now i have my templates in demo account, how shall i get them in Prod? Please tell!!

I would like to limit the number of checkbox selections in a section of a document that is part of a template. Is there a way to do this?

The signing process for our agreements initiates through our Docusign eSignature account.  The customer signs first, then it is routed to us for our signature.  However, we have a high-profile customer that refuses to use that process.  They want us to send them a PDF version of the agreement and they route it through their Docusign account with us signing first.  Is there a way we can route it through our Docusign eSignature account internally first then send them the signed version without locking it up?

I created a new template in test.  It’s been tested and is ready to be copied to our production environment.  I can’t find any instructions on how to do this.  I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  Thank you!

I've sent the same envelope several times to the proper recipients (yes, their emails are correct) and it shows from my end that the envelope is sent, however, the recipients say they have received nothing and I also am not receiving the copy I set for myself to receive. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hi Team, I would like to know if it is possible to add a signed cover sheet to contracts in order to prevent our CEO/HR manager from repeatedly adding there signatures to all the contracts we receive? Thanks for your support,KR

having a problem with authenticating signatures on documents that are downloaded as combined PDF. When a document is downloaded as a combined PDF along with the certificate of authentification, the signatures are not recognised by Adobe Acrobat. However, when I download the same document as a seperate PDF document from the certificate of authentification, the signatures are recognised and can be authenticated by Adobe Acrobe. For our purposes we need to download all documents as combined PDFs and signatures must be authenticated. Please help.

Sharing one of the challenges faced by our client. Do we have a solution for this?“We are encountering a challenge with SMS authentication codes in DocuSign. We send over 300 envelopes daily, all configured with SMS authentication. However, in some instances, the SMS authentication codes are not delivered, necessitating envelope corrections to manually add access codes. Our audit team permits setting up access codes only when SMS delivery fails. Given that correcting envelopes becomes a major task when hundreds need adjustments, and IT admins often miss this task due to other priorities, we need a solution to automatically set up access codes when SMS fails, without requiring manual envelope corrections.”

How do I set the formatting options to my preferred options so that every time I create a new template, I don’t have to keep changing the font style, size, color, etc. to my preferred options?

Hello, I have an error message when I use a Powerform I created, same when making a copy and trying to use it. Once I go to template > select the powerform and click “USE”, I then fill-in the recipients info and click to send. The page refreshes with the red error message: “This envelope cannot be sent because it was already digitally signed, and is not in a valid state to resend.”Note: I don’t have this error message when I use the Powerform link. The documents part of the template/powerform does not contain any signature yet it’s docx documents with anchor tags placed on the template.Support is not able to help apart of telling me to recreate it which does not fix...Thank you,

Hi Docusign Community,I am new to Docusign and I have one quick question. I am planning to send a handbook to all staff within my organisation which they will all need to read and do an e-signature for it. Is there an easy way to bulk send the template document to multiple people/contacts at one time? Can I import a contact list or something like this?Thank youTara_OLS

Is it possible to connect a demo docusign (esignature/docugen) org to multiple Salesforce sandboxes for testing purposes?

I am an admin, so can transfer envelopes. I did this for a user and she cannot find them. So I tested by transferring an envelope from a user to me, and I cannot find it either. Anyone have an idea on this? I have verified filters so that it isn’t it.
