Notifications and Reminders

Many of our documents (typically leases) have multiple actions required throughout the duration of the lease. For example, environmental assessments are required every three years on specific dates or insurance renewals are required.

How do we 

1. Set up reminders that these deadlines are approaching? 
2. Set up the ability to confirm the action is complete?
