We recently converted from SpringCM to Docusign CLM and I am not sure of the difference between these two products. The layout is essentially the same, so what does CLM do that SpringCM didn’t or couldn’t do?
SpringCM vs. CLM

Great point! To a user, it should be pretty much the same. The back end is where the changes are applied. User Management is now done in your eSign account rather than directly within SpringCM. The product roadmap will be centred around CLM rather than the legacy SpringCM product also. The specific “List” of changes are not listed anywhere but you should be able to get tech support and enhancements easier moving forward.
