Templates from Demo account to Docusign production account
i have created custom integration b/w Docusign-Salesforce for Esignature, now i have my templates in demo account, how shall i get them in Prod? Please tell!!
You can migrate templates from the DocuSign Demo environment to the Production environment. Here's a general outline of the process:
1. Export Templates from the Demo Environment:
- Log in to your DocuSign Demo account.
- Navigate to the Templates tab.
- Locate the template(s) you want to migrate. (You can select more than one)
- Select the 3 dots next to the Share to Folder button after you select the templates.
- Use the "Download" option. This will download a zip folder with the templates selected.
2. Import Templates into the Production Environment:
- Log in to your DocuSign Production account.
- Navigate to the Templates tab.
- Go to Start → Envelope Templates → Upload Template
- Locate the file that was just downloaded from the Demo Environment. You should see it in Production once it finishes uploading.
Before using the templates in a live setting, conduct a thorough test.
