Web Form, how to add a template field

Hello!We have built order forms based on different templates. If we change the original word/pdf-document for example want to add totally new question in it. Do we need to built web Form all over again?We can copy the template and replace the original document,  and the start the Create Order Form building from the start. This is how we do it now.Is it possible somehow to do this all in the Web Form-Edit Form and in the template actions there is in the web Form.  “Edit template fields” or in the “View template actions”.  To some point we have been able create ne field in the Web Form, but when trying to activate we get error API reference name.Thank you for your help if somebody understood my problem:)
