Sharing one of the challenges faced by our client. Do we have a solution for this?

“We are encountering a challenge with SMS authentication codes in DocuSign. We send over 300 envelopes daily, all configured with SMS authentication. However, in some instances, the SMS authentication codes are not delivered, necessitating envelope corrections to manually add access codes.

Our audit team permits setting up access codes only when SMS delivery fails. Given that correcting envelopes becomes a major task when hundreds need adjustments, and IT admins often miss this task due to other priorities, we need a solution to automatically set up access codes when SMS fails, without requiring manual envelope corrections.”
