Hello,

 

We are in the process of integrating DocuSign with Workday and we are running into an issue with the document alerts going to the wrong email. Currently, they are going to my work email when they should be going to a shared inbox. Where would I change where these are routing?

Can you confirm this?

In Workday, search “Edit Tenant Setup - E-Signature”.

Look at the E-Signature Alert Email Address field.

If it’s your name@company.com, that’s the source.
