Help Needed: Displaying Full Name in DocuSign for Japanese Signers

For the second question, is the issue on Workday itself or when you use Docusign with Workday?

The screen shown is what I get when opening DocuSign from Workday.

If I change the language to English on the DocuSign popup, it displays Full Name and Initials instead of First Name, Last Name, and Initials. For example, if the signer's name is Jhon Doe (ドウ ジョン - どうじょん), the DocuSign screen shows 'Jhon' as the First Name and '(ドウ' as the Last Name.

I’d like to know the logic DocuSign uses to determine First Name and Last Name. Additionally, when the language is changed to English, the full name appears as 'Jhon Doe (ドウ ジョン - どうじょん)’.
